• Enter the correct mobile number, customer ID, operator and amount. We are not responsible for recharges done to a wrong number or operator entered by you.
• Provide true and accurate registration details.
• Do not use the service for any illegal or fraudulent activity.

4. Pricing and offers

Plans, prices, commissions and offers may change at any time without prior notice and depend on the operator.

5. Service availability

Delays or failures caused by operators, banks, payment gateways or network issues are outside our control. We will try our best to resolve such cases quickly.

7. Limitation of liability

Refund Policy

1. Successful recharges

Once a recharge or bill payment is completed successfully, it cannot be cancelled, reversed or refunded.

2. Failed transactions

If money is deducted but the recharge fails, the amount will be refunded to your wallet or original payment method within 5–7 working days.

3. Wrong number or operator

If a recharge is done to a wrong number, operator or customer ID entered by the user, it is not eligible for a refund.

4. Pending transactions

If a transaction shows as “pending”, please wait for up to 24 hours. It will either succeed or be refunded automatically.
